No. Submitting a property and getting an initial review is free. There's no obligation to get an analysis. If you choose to move forward with bidding and/or financing there is a commitment and cost structure that will be explained and defined.
Initial review and analysis take a few days. Contractor and lender bids take one to two weeks, and the construction timeline varies by project scope. Some projects take less than a month, others take 1-2 months and major projects can take 4-6 months, or longer.
Property Max currently serves New York and Connecticut.
Property Max manages collecting and comparing bids and will make a recommendation for selections of General Contractors and Lenders but doesn't select on your behalf.
No, Property Max coordinates bids from licensed general contractors and lenders, and doesn't itself lend money or perform construction work.
Your information is not sold or shared in any way. Your information is contained on our web servers and is only shared, with your consent, with our partners for the purpose of providing bids on your behalf.
If you are a licensed contractor, you may use our process to bid on and build your own project. You may also fund your own project to save on lending fees.
